	Name: Susan Wangui Age: 23 years Disability: Epileptic and mentally disabled. Hobby: She likes to make dresses at and loves to play with the ball. Gardening is also one of her favorite activities. Background: Susan was able to finish school although she was very behind in class and in the social activities. She is raised by her grandmother because her parents both died.
	Name: Elizabeth Mbari Kamau Age: 32 years Disability: Epileptic, mentally and physically disabled. Hobby: She likes to play with the ball. Drawing and modeling is one of her favorite activities. Background: Elizabeth has never been to school, can’t write and has trouble speaking. She is raised by her grandmother because her parents both died.
	Name: Samuel Wakangu Karanja Age: 15 years Disability: Down Syndrome Hobby: He loves to play football and to do farm work. Background: Samuel reached up to nursery level. He comes from a poor family who couldn’t afford any kind of education. Samuel is very talkative although he doesn’t know many words. He is a happy boy and is enjoying the activities at Marianne Center a lot.
	Name: George Munga Karongo Age: 22 years Disability: Epileptic and learning difficulties. Hobby: He loves to preach and everyone is calling him the pastor. Background: George is orphan, but has a brother and a sister. He never attended school before because he couldn’t cope with school work. He is very enthusiastic during the activities at Marianne Center.
	Name: Patrick Wanderi Age: 23 years Disability: Mentally and physically handicapped. He has problems with speaking, walking and writing. Hobby: He likes ball games although it is hard for him because of his disability. Drawing is one of his favorite activities to do. Background: Patrick has had no education at all and is therefore very behind. His mother also has a mental disability. Patrick loves the activities at Marianne Center and is a happy guy.
	Name: William Mune Ndungu Age: 18 years Disability: Mentally and physically disabled. Walking is difficult for him. Hobby: William likes to learn about electronics and repairing radio’s and likes doing farm work. Background: William’s brother, who recently died, was also disabled. William has been to special education but wants to learn some vocational skills.
	Name: Hanah Nungari Age: 19 years Disability: Learning difficulties and problems with pronunciation of words. Hobby: She likes to make dresses at Marianne Center en loves to play with the ball. Drawing and modeling is also one of her favorite activities. Background: Hanah comes from a poor family and attended primary school up to class 2.
	Name: Anthony Mburu Waithira Age: 24 years Disability: Mentally disabled and has a speech problem. Hobby: He likes playing and wants to become a farmer. Background: Anthony has a mother and a sister. He went to a special school before he came to Marianne Center.
	Name: Jane Kaiku Age: 18 years Disability: Mentally disabled. Can’t write, but can count to 10. Hobby: She likes to sing and loves to play with the ball. Background: Jane was able to go to school but couldn’t catch up. She has been to a special school but is now learning vocational skills.
